We contacted Scott of RadonRid, LLC about a radon issue. We had purchased a radon detector and saw that the numbers in our home were reading significantly higher than what was recommended. The detector averaged 9.87. The existing radon unit that came with our home had quit working, so it was time to remediate this concern of ours.
Scott addressed the issue quickly, even adjusting his schedule. He gave us a couple of options to address the issue. After our due diligence a week later, Scott returned and installed a new unit (with a 5-year warranty) with 2 suction points in basement.
The install was quick and professional. Scott was a good communicator and walked us through the easy steps. In less than a day the job was completed, and we started a new radon test. Now, the number reading is averaging 2.64 in the past 6 days.
This mitigation has greatly lessened our anxiety, and we appreciate the thoroughness of RadonRid, LLC. We highly recommend their services.
